**Sound Bath Experience at Namaste Acres** Lay back, relax, and allow the vibrations to gently guide you into a state of deep rest and renewal. During your sound bath, we focus on opening and balancing your chakra system while intuitively working with any specific concerns you may have. Each session is a personalized experience—please feel free to share anything you’d like us to focus on. A sound bath is an immersive journey of soothing, echoing tones created by traditional wind and percussion instruments. These healing vibrations wash over the body, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and promote a deep sense of calm. While research on sound healing is still emerging, studies suggest that sound baths may support mood improvement, reduce stress, and encourage relaxation. Sound baths are not a replacement for medical care, but they can beautifully complement other treatments you may be exploring with your healthcare provider. **Important Contraindications:** Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals who are: • In the 1st or 3rd trimester of pregnancy • Living with heart conditions or pacemakers • Have metal plates or implants • Sensitive to sound or use hearing aids **Please Note:** Our beautiful glass dome is a one-of-a-kind experience. During the summer months, afternoon sessions can become quite warm despite air circulation. We recommend booking morning or evening sessions for the most comfortable experience. **What to Bring:** • Journal • Water bottle (hydration is key) Base Price is $120 for 2-4 people Each additional person is $30 Classes are 1 hour. When booking we can always add more people however no refunds for people that do not show. Preregistration is required for all sessions.
