Pre Registration Required.

Summer: Wednesday 7am-1pm & 5:30-7:30pm by request. Thursday Saturday 7am-1pm
Spring/Fall:  Wednesday 9am-7:30pm, Thursday - Friday 9am-4pm, Saturdays 8am-Noon by request.
Winter: Wednesday 9am-7:30pm, Thursday - Friday 9am-4pm.

Day Retreats available Wednesday - Sunday
Day Retreat entrance must be prearranged.

Gates open 15-20 min before appt/class and close at start time.

SUP classes go to lake lot, take left down the hill at gate.
