Service Description

Begin with gentler movements to warm up the body, then move into progressively more challenging flowing sequences, ending with a gentle cool down. The breath synchronization found in flow yoga is said to maximize the positive benefits of the practice, turning it into a moving meditation. The breath primarily helps to maintain the pace of the sequence, It can also be used to assist in deepening the expression of a pose, while providing greater mental focus and freedom from distraction. In this way, meditation and breathwork are woven throughout all flow yoga practices. Combining Yoga, Yoga Sculpt, Strength & Balance. Meet the perfect blend of flow and fitness. Yoga Sculpt is for all ages & levels you can incorporate weights to build the burn. This is a great way to build bone density. Whether you're a yogi or a fitness enthusiast, you’ll love the strength elements woven into each sequence. By combining both yoga and strength-building exercises, you will challenge your muscles and mind while taking your practice to a whole new level. Adding in the Balance! Feeling a little scattered, clumsy, or stuck in your head? Yoga balance poses are an exceptional way to use your body, breath, and focus to ground yourself in the moment. And since physical balance is something, we need throughout our lives, we can start the practice of improving it at any time, regardless of age or yoga experience. The practice also includes core work. Option to use a balance board & weights to advance your practice. Yoga Dome is climate controlled. Pre-registration required 1 hour prior to class required. Come by land or boat!

Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class your appointment start time. We require 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled class or appointment for refund (10% processing fee will be withheld from refund). If you cancel within the 24 hours of scheduled class or appointment, there will be no refund issued. If you have a discounted pass one class/appointment will be taken off.
