Designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body. This is vital to any fitness program and reducing overall stress. Classes held in the greenhouse yoga dome surrounded with tropical plants, vegetables and a view of Lake of the Ozarks.

Cancelation Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class or appointment start time. We require 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled class or appointment for refund (10% processing fee will be withheld from refund). If you cancel within the 24 hours of scheduled class or appointment, there will be no refund issued. If you have a discounted pass one class/appointment will be taken off. For SUP classes In the event of bad weather class will be held in our tropical yoga dome.
