Service Description
Your own private class in our Tropical Dome. Great for Bachelorettes, Family Reunion, Team Building, Birthdays, & More! **Please specify which style when booking. You choose the class style: 1. Yoga Flow challenging & playfull 2. Gentle Yoga Flow great for beginners 3. Yin Yoga slow passive stretching style 4. Yoga Trapeze (aka aerial yoga) 9 people max 5. Yoga on a Balance Board, 11 people max Simulates being on a paddle board. 6. Nidra Meditation a guided meditation that creates a state of deep relaxation between waking and sleeping 7. Resorative Yoga gentle, slow-paced practice that uses props like blankets and blocks to support the body in passive, relaxing poses held for extended periods. 8. Sound Therapy Sound Bath is waves of soothing, echoing sound from traditional wind and percussion instruments, also known as a “sound bath,” may help with stress, fatigue, and depression symptoms. Yoga Class in Tropical Dome Base Price is $120 for 2-4 people Each additional person is $30 Classes are 1 hour. *Dome in the summer can get hot in the afternoons, it does have air but it is all glass. All classes can be modified for all levels. Pre-registration required. Please contact us direct to book. Come by land or boat!
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class your appointment start time to sign waivers. We require 30 Day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled class or appointment for refund (10% processing fee will be withheld from refund). If you cancel within the 30 Days of scheduled class or appointment, there will be no refund issued. Incase of inclement winter weather you will receive a credit, no refunds. For stand up paddle board classes in the event of bad weather we will have class in the dome using balance boards.
