Service Description
Your own private class in our Tropical Dome. Just email or text us to reserve your ME Time. You choose the class style: 1. Yoga Flow (fun, playful, challenging) 1 hour 2. Gentle Yoga Flow (great for flexibility & mobility) 1 hour 3. Yin Yoga (Slow, passive stretching style of yoga) 1 hour 4. Yoga Trapeze aka aerial yoga, 1 hour 5. Yoga on Balance Board simulates being on a paddle board 1 hour 6. Drum Circle & Sound Immersion 50 people max, 1 hour 7. Water Sound Bath in/around Pool (May-October), 1 hour 8. Sound Therapy in Dome, 1 hour 9. Yoga Nidra in Dome 1 hour Yoga Class in Tropical Dome or Pool Base Price is $75 for One Person More Than 1 person see Private Group Classes Available Year Round Tuesday - Friday All classes can be modified for all levels. Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to class your appointment start time to sign waivers. We require 60 Day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled class or appointment for refund (10% processing fee will be withheld from refund). If you cancel within the 60 Days of scheduled class or appointment, there will be no refund issued. Incase of inclement winter weather you will receive a credit, no refunds. For stand up paddle board classes in the event of bad weather we will have class in the dome using balance boards.
