Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class your appointment start time. We require 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled class or appointment for refund (10% processing fee will be withheld from refund). If you cancel within the 24 hours of scheduled class or appointment, there will be no refund issued. For outside classes in the event of inclement weather class will be rescheduled or held in the dome.
