Experience the unique and exhilarating benefits of aerial trapeze yoga at Namaste Acres. By practicing yoga in the air, you can improve flexibility, build core strength, and challenge your body in a whole new way. With all levels welcome, our classes offer a fun and transformative experience that will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated. Not recommended if you are pregnant, have stage 2 herniated discs, cardiovascular disease, hypertension, glaucoma, or vertigo.

Cancellation Policy
Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class your appointment start time. We require 24-hour cancellation notice prior to your scheduled class or appointment for refund (10% processing fee will be withheld from refund). If you cancel within the 24 hours of scheduled class or appointment, there will be no refund issued. If you have a discounted pass one class/appointment will be taken off.
