8:00 - 9:30am Standup Paddle Board Class (no yoga) on water

8:30 - 9:45am Chakra Reading and Kundalin Balance class in Dome

10:00 - 11:30am Standup Paddle Board Yoga Class on water

10:30 - 11:30am Balance Board Class in Dome

11:45-12:45 Inginte Your Inner Fire in Dome

1:00 - 2:00pm Earthing Yoga Class outside on lawn

1:00 - 2:00pm Heart Math Class in Dome

2:30-3:30 Yoga Outside the Lines in Dome

2:30-3:30 Meditation & Breathwork Class outside on lawn

4:00pm - 5:00pm Solstice Fire Ceremony

5:00pm - 6:30pm Break

6:30 - 8:00pm Fire Drum Circle and Bonfire Jam (feel free to bring any musical instruments)

*Coffee, Tea, Water, and snacks provided. Come relax with us you also have options to sunbathe or lounge in a hammock, walk a nature trail, and make new friends! 

*Add on at additional charge:

Halotherapy Infrared Sauna Sessions, Float Pod Sessions, Massage, and Partner Yoga.

These services must be prebooked online. 

*Lunch and Dinner Options not included:

1. Pre order food from https://www.sqezjuicehealth.com/.  We will pick up all orders at 11:30am for you. 

2. The Boathouse Bar & Grill is in our cove so another option if you prefer to go somewhere close by.

3. Bring your own sack lunch/dinner.

*Event held rain or shine. If rain outside events will be held on covered dock or deck.
