Fall Equinox Celebration

The fall equinox is a time where the energies of light and dark are held in balance, as the equinox is the day when the length of day and night are perfectly equal.  Celebrate with us!

Schedule:

8:00am-8:20am Check in

8:30-9:30am Fall into Flow Yoga with Zac

10:00am-Noon SUP Yoga Flow with Jodi

Lunch Break - Food not provided.

1:30-2:30pm Earthing Yoga with Debby Siegel from Saint Louis

3:00pm-4:00pm Kundalini yoga with Jasen

4:30-5:00pm Fall Equinox Release Ritual

5:00pm Potluck style dinner bring your favorite dish to share. We will of course have bonfire with smores ingredients provided. 

Please let us know what classes you will be attending to ensure availability. 

Massage Appointments available with Sara 9am-4pm.

Float Pod & Halotherapy available 2:30-6pm.

*Coffee, Tea, Water, and snacks provided. Come relax with us you also have options to sunbathe or lounge in a hammock, walk a nature trail, and make new friends!

Held rain or shine. If rain SUP class will be in Dome

Lodging: 

Primitive Tent camping available $10/per night. Campers welcome no hookup $10/per night. Our driveway has two trees so it may scratch larger campers. 

There are also lots of rental houses in the area.
