Melissa Saubers with Heal and Expand in Kansas City will guide you to go straight to the source of unlimited possibilities using tools such as Reflective Journaling (to prime your subconscious mind), Cacao (to open your heart), Breathwork (to drop into your body and bring your heart and mind into coherence), and Quantum Hypnosis (to connect to the Quantum Field, your Higher Self, and amplify your manifestations).

☆ Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey to help you drop into your body and clear away the blocks preventing you from connecting to your manifestations

☆ Quantum Healing to call in guidance from your Higher Self and the Quantum Field

We’ll start by setting intentions as we sit with a cup of Cacao in ceremony, letting the sacred plant medicine and superfood open your heart.

Next, we’ll turn off that thinking-critical mind and drop into your body with some active Conscious Connected Breathwork. During the breathwork journey, Melissa will guide you to connect to the higher part of you, your Higher Self for insight and guidance and to amplify your manifestations at the Quantum level.

Please bring the following for your comfort:

~ Wear comfy, layered clothes. You may get hot, or you may get cold.

~ Bring a yoga mat to lie on and have a blanket to cover up and anything else for your comfort. You will be lying on your back for the journey, and you may get cold. (yoga mats and blankets are also available on-site)

~ A journal and pen to take notes.

~ Water to drink.

Note About Medical and Psychiatric Contraindications for a Breathwork Journey:

Breathwork is a very safe and effective modality with just a few possible contraindications. Please take note if any of these apply to you. This type of Breathwork can result in powerful activations on a physical, emotional, and mental level. Some contraindications may include but are not limited to cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure (that is not controlled by medication), history of strokes or seizures, epilepsy, brain or abdominal aneurysms, uncontrolled diabetes, thyroid conditions, detached retina, high eye pressure, glaucoma, osteoporosis, pregnancy, bipolar disorder or schizophrenia. Please check with your doctor if you have any of those conditions prior to participating in a breathwork journey.
